Boulder, Colorado web-development company seeks experienced web application developer to work on Ruby on Rails projects for a wide range of clients. Required Skills
- Experience writing web applications in Ruby on Rails
- Extensive experience developing web applications
- Proven track record of delivering quality web development projects on time and on budget
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work well in teams
- Excellent knowledge of algorithms, object-oriented programming and general programming skills
- Excellent knowledge of the web and HTTP
- Excellent knowledge of relational database design and SQL
- A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field

This position calls for full-time employment at our offices in Boulder, Colorado. You must be able to effectively communicate with our clients, management staff, and other employees; and have the ability and desire to learn challenging new skills. You must also be willing to adapt to new ways of approaching web development based on current usability research.
Although our projects span a wide range of technologies (e.g. Java, PHP, Ruby on Rails, Coldfusion, ASP, .NET, Perl, Flash, XML, WebObjects) and platforms, we are developing all new work in Ruby on Rails. We encourage constant learning and help whenever possible with internal and external training.
