Metro Homes, LLC (www.metrohomesllc.com) is the builder of luxury condominiums and apartments in the Hoboken, New Jersey area.
Public Website
Metro Homes needed an attractive, inspiring way to showcase the luxury features and stunning architecture of their buildings. They also wanted a look and feel that coincided with their existing logo and printed materials.
In addition to flat images and descriptions on the completed website, Foraker created IPIX® virtual tours that allow potential customers to truly experience the quality and style of these units.
Online Database System
In addition to the public website, Metro Homes also required an online database system for their partner organization, the Waterfront Design Group. The system is designed to track customer account information, as well as upgrades to unit features such as sinks, faucets, and appliances.

Having all of this information online allows contractors to log in to view any last minute changes, updates, or other information that helps them avoid unnecessary cost overruns.
The completed system was built using JAVA servlet/JSP technology and utilizes an SQL database to handle multiple concurrent users with ease. Metro Homes can now provide up-to-the-minute sales data to contractors, accounting department staff, and sales representatives.
This database system is accessible from any computer with a web browser, making it easy for different office locations to stay on the same page, and allows staff members to work from home or the road.
