  As a software engineer, machines have always turned over to expose their soft underbellies to Stirling, but these days he spends more time finding innovative solutions for our customers. Stirling enjoys drinking wine and getting high (in the mountains and airplanes, that is).

  Derek Olson

  Vice President

  For over 10 years Derek has been providing strategic advice to clients across a wide spectrum of industries. Derek has been evangelizing user-centered software design for over a decade, and believes that most of the world’s software is in need of a good spanking.

  Neal Enssle

  Director of Technology

  Shortly after getting his Master’s in European history, Neal realized he was having way more fun building web applications for folks than reading about a bunch of dead guys. He now leads the technology team at Foraker Labs. A father of two, Neal enjoys sleeping.

  Michael Ball-Marian

  Senior Project Manager

  Michael makes sure stuff gets done. He devotes all his waking hours to making sure you get what you requested and that it surpasses your expectations. In his spare time Michael enjoys getting root canals, doing his taxes and studying Kant’s Critique of Pure Reason.

  Troy enjoys finding solutions to tough problems and likes a healthy dose of client interaction along with his programming. When not filling out his TPS reports, this Virginia native can be found hiking and enjoying the magnificent scenery of Colorado.

  As a world class sailboat racer from a family of world class sailors, Sheehan moved to Boulder to escape her family’s expectations and pursue her other interests: Ruby on Rails, snowboarding, beer, biking, and fire poi, which she could do anywhere, but it wouldn’t be as scenic.

  Ben dreams of being an all-growed-up Ruby programmer. His birth was noble and illustrious, his dignity supported by an adequate patrimony in land and money; and these advantages of fortune are accompanied with liberal arts and decent manners.

  Having spent years with C++ and Java, Kyle recently fell into the world of Ruby on Rails, and loved it so much he decided to stay. In his free time, Kyle enjoys long walks on the beach, being a diehard Colorado sports fan, and striving to be the world’s somethingest something.

  Having escaped from doing enterprise Java in Oklahoma, Jon truly appreciates the elegance of Ruby and the geography and climate of
  Colorado. On his days off, he enjoys dragging his two kids up in the mountains and getting lost.

  Realizing he spends all of his time writing Ruby and Ruby on Rails code anyway, Rafer managed to con someone into giving him a job doing what he loves. When not at Foraker Labs, he’s probably working his side gig as quarterback of the Minnesota Vikings.

  After spending over a decade building Web apps, the iPhone came along and Hunter was hooked, devoting his time to getting the most out of all the phones and tablets he can get his hands on. These days you can either find him installing the latest Xcode beta or at the craps tables in Vegas.

  Having saved the world twice from imminent disaster, Peter decided it was time to slow down and write awesome code. He spends his free time perfecting his Street Fighter skills and finding hidden meaning within newspaper clippings.

  Bryan has spent the better part of the last decade helping people solve problems to make their lives easier. If he is not in the office working, you will likely find him lobbying to move business meetings from the golf course to the ski slopes or singletrack around Colorado.

  Having spent most of his life fleeing from the East Coast, Jon was finally stopped by the Flatirons. As the Voice of Quality for Foraker Labs, he extends his QA duties to ski resorts, hiking trails and live music shows.

  After too many hours spent painting walls and furniture, Tania discovered she was missing something from her art: command + Z. When not busy dreaming up perfect hex combos and fonts, Tania is busy singing lullabies with her vintage white wedding-style accordion.

  Tom has been developing web apps in Rails since way before it was cool. When not intensely studying Ruby and Git internals, he can be found following his beloved Red Sox and enjoying beautiful Colorado weather with his black lab, Josie.

  Having worked in the industry for over 12 years, Jen effortlessly codes table-less layouts with careful attention to both accessibility and usability concerns. Hobbies include linguistics, playing with her two awesome dogs, and photography.

  Sarah is a feisty redhead who recently transplanted from the Golden State of California. It has always been her dream to be an office manager. Her favorite season is autumn. She can say the alphabet backwards and has ridden across the country on her bicycle.
